Merle S. Mark, MD (Family Physician)

Dr. Mark has practiced family medicine at the same location for many years. He is a great listener and consistently gets high patient satisfaction survey results. Dr. Mark is a Fellow American Academy of Family Physicians. He is on the staff of North Memorial, Methodist and Fairview Ridges Hospitals.

 

Nancy Therese Miller, MD (Family Physician)

Dr Miller has practiced medicine with Allina Medical Group in Cottage Grove since 1991 before coming to New Hope Crystal Medical Clinic. She "understands" children, taught by 6 of her own! She enjoys teens and young adults especially. Dr Miler treats patients during life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, weight issues, abuse recovery and more. She is known for her true empathy and utmost concern for each patient. She can motivate enthusiastically as well as comfort during crisis. Her approach is goal oriented and multi-faceted with attention to physical as well as emotional and spiritual health.

 

Gene Velasco, MD (Family Physician)

Dr. Velasco sees patients of all ages. He is a Board Certified FP and on the staff of North Memorial Hospital. Dr. Velasco is noted for his warm bedside manner and his insistence on taking whatever time is necessary to answer patient’s questions.

 

Mary Anderson, PA-C

Mary Anderson is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. She works with the Clinic’s practice physicians to provide care for patients of any age. Mary is especially interested in working as a team with her patients to promote & preserve “whole person” health. She considers good listening skills to be a clinician’s most important tool in medicine.

 

Pam Cain, MD (Internal Medicine)

Dr. Cain has practiced medicine for over 25 years. While she enjoys seeing patients of all ages her specialty is best suited for teenagers and adults. Dr. Cain has a very loyal following of patients who appreciate her caring attitude and medical acumen. Levy Lira, M.D. (General Practice)

Dr. Lira started practicing general surgery and general practice from 1971-2008 at the Osseo Clinic.  He is Board Certified with the American Board of Adbominal Surgery.  From 1998 until 2008 he was in solo general practice, with minor office surgical procedures.

On September 2, 2008 Dr. Lira joined the practice at New Hope Crystal Medical Clinic on a part-time basis.  He really enjoys working with other medical staff and all of the clinic staff of New Hope Crystal Medical Clinic.  One of his patients has said, "He's the best physician in the world".

Molly Maass, PA-C

Molly Maass seeks to help her patients achieve optimal health.  She is a nationally certified physician assistant, and her patients have found her to be both approachable and conscientious.  She believes in putting the patient's interests first and that listening is the most important part of her job.  She enjoys nature, historical fiction, and cooking.  Molly stays healthy by walking or riding her bike to work as often as she can.
